"I started shopping for my first Harley in 1993. I spent time at three dealerships that I felt were reasonable driving distance and directions that I traveled often so a trip to the dealer would easy to handle. I got plenty of indifference from two of the dealers and after spending an hour talking with Mark I left the dealership thinking; "this is where I am buying the bike".
Now years later we ride our sixth Harley; four of them came from Muth's. Two of them from elsewhere during years when allotments were lean.
When the bikes need service work there is never a question of where to take them. I have always been treated as a "special customer"; I know that I am not alone in feeling that way. Always fairly, always expeditiously, always honestly. They have earned my trust, and they understand how and why to retain my trust.
It truly is like walking into "Cheers"!

"I bought my first Harley this year. love it and want it to last forever. I don't have any dealers near me, but many people in the WI Rapids area swear by Al Muth's. I checked on HDForums and only heard good things too. So I took my bike in for it's 5k service, and Service department was everything I expected. Fair, honest, everything was explained, and Dennis treated me great even though I had bought my bike elsewhere. Pat, my mechanic, said I had my suspension set properly. The dealer I bought the bike from never put any air in my suspension, so I know you guys are thorough. Thanks for taking care of my baby right. Nice ride home too. Bike purred."

"In the spring of 2010 my wife and I were looking for something bigger and more comfortable to ride and after talking to several biker friends we decided to visit Al Muth. We found a 02 Dyna that we really liked and we were directed to Mark to work a deal. What a great guy he is. We purchased the bike and very shortly we had a little problem with a gas leak. We were planning a trip to Louisiana in several weeks and Mark had to order a new tank for us. To make a long story short the service people (Bruce, Dennis,and Dave) tried everything possible to get the tank before we left on our trip. Mark let us borrow a used tank to take with us and sure as heck Bruce called Patty and I in the middle of a swamp tour to say the tank had arrived. I have bought a lot of vehicles in my life ,I have never been been treated so well as these guys and gals at Al Muth. See ya all soon. PS Thanks again Mark for the great deals on everything.
